Maasai Mara University Tenders 2016, Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Procurement Office during normal working hours (8.00 a.m to 1.00 pm and 2.00p.m to A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non – refundable fee of Kshs.1, 000.00 (One thousand shillings only) for each tender document. Payments may be made in cash or bankers cheques payable to Maasai Mara University at the cash office before 4.00pm on normal working hours during weekdays (except weekends and public holidays). Bidders (for tender no.MMU/008/2015-2016) are required to provide a bid security of Kshs.100,000.00 from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Oversight Authority (PPOA) and must be attached to the tender document. Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number as shown above bearing no identification of the tenderer and be addressed to:

AND, be placed in the Tender Box situated at the entrance to the Senate boardroom or sent by post / courier so as to reach the above address on or before Wednesday 8th June, 2016 at 12.00 noon. Opening of the Tender documents will be done publicly soon after closing time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the Senate boardroom.
