Kisii University Room Booking, this is to inform all government sponsored students joining Kisii University on 1st September 2016 that all enquiries about room allocation should be channelled to the CHIEF HALLS OFFICER through 0726852959 and that advance room booking begins on 15.08.2016 to 24.08.2016 on official workings hours between 8.00am to 5.00 pm.

Further note that all successful bookings shall be communicated to students via the stated phone number and the list posted on the University website by Friday August 26, 2016. All students who receive the notification of successful room booking will be expected to pay Kshs. 3500 per semester to the University fees account and present bank pay-in slips at the Halls Department registration desk.

Please note that the University does not accept MPESA payments to be made to any of its officers. Consequently, students are advised to beware of conmen and other imposters who use dubious means to extort money from them and as such the university will not be held responsible for monies lost in such means. Kindly DO NOT PAY MONEY TO ANYONEpurporting to be transacting business on behalf of the University.

Since we have limited spaces (Five Hundred Only), students are advised to make prior arrangements for private accommodation in the private hostels within the 100 metres radius of the University compound ranging between Kshs. 7000 – 9000 per semester.  Some details on the private residences are provided in the University website. The private hostel providers will also be available for consultation at the registration venue.
