The minimum university entry for students who sat the 2017 KCSE examinations will be capped at C+ of 46 points. Effectively, the over 70,000 students who scored more than a C+ will be admitted way less than the capacity in public universities that stands at 82,000. The Kenya University and College Central Placement Board has invited applicants to review their courses in an exercise that will last until the 18th of February.
